RAMEN KORNER - JAPANESE STREET FOOD RESTAURANT

One Design Studio has just completed the design for this exciting new restaurant concept in the heart of Oxford's historic city centre. The unit is situated on the ground floor of a prestigious Oxford University building, which is Grade 2 star listed. One Design Studio successfully navigated the planning process and obtained planning permission and listed building consent for the change of use of this old building. The new restaurant will offer authentic and traditional Japanese style street food and large bowl Ramen Noodles. Construction on site is expected to commence in September 2024. Watch this space!!!

JOYATO - JAPANESE SUSHI AND GRILL RESTAURANT, COLCHESTER

ONE DESIGN STUDIO has just completed the design of this new restaurant. The restaurant is located within a newly created leisure complex known as the Northern Gateway in Colchester. The unit is a double height space, where we will be constructing an additional mezzanine level to double the floor area of the restaurant. The restaurant offers an exciting new concept where sushi and Japanese grill cuisine come together in one dining experience. The project is currently on site, and is expected to open in late 2024. Watch this space!!!
