We are delighted to have secured planning permission and listed building consent for this Grade II listed manor house to create a new basement gymnasium and games room.
The project involved the excavation of an existing basement store, additional foundation structure, re-roofing with new steelwork new full height glazing and a full mechanical ventilation system.
Despite the difficult planning process and complex construction, the end result turned out to be a major success!
