Grade 2 listed house extension, complete internal refurbishment & new build summer house in garden.

We successfully obtained planning permission and listed building consent for this lovely Grade II listed period house for our clients. The proposed works included an 4m x 8.5m extension in hardwood timber and glass, complete internal refurbishment & demolition of internal walls to form a new open plan kitchen, and a new build single storey summer house in the garden. Although it was a difficult and lengthy planning process, the client was extremely happy with the results!
