ONE DESIGN STUDIO was commissioned to design this large extension and internal remodelling of this Grade 2 listed residential property in the prestigious are of Edgbaston, Birmingham. The works consisted of designing a massive spacious and light family living, kitchen and dining areas on the ground floor, and extension remodelling of the rest of the house to bring it up to modern standards, whilst creating a contemporary but complimenting look to this period building.
